How to Buy on BazarNp
1. Create your account
Sign up with your email or Google account. That's it — you can start shopping right away, no documents needed.
2. Find what you love
Search or browse by category, brand, or seller. Every product page shows the price, available options, stock, and reviews from other shoppers.
3. Add to cart
Pick your size, colour or other options and add as many as you want — there's no minimum order. Save items for later in your wishlist.
4. Checkout and pay
Enter your delivery address and pay by QR, eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, or cash on delivery where the product supports it.
5. Track your delivery
Follow your order from My Orders. Have a question for the seller? Chat with them directly from the product or order page.
6. Easy returns
If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, note it on the delivery slip, take a photo, and raise a return within 24 hours for a pickup, refund, or replacement.
How to Sell on BazarNp
1. Register as a seller
Apply through the BazarNp Seller Center with your business registration certificate, PAN/VAT certificate, and the owner's identity document.
2. Get verified
Our team reviews your documents and business details. Approved sellers receive a verified badge, which builds trust with shoppers.
3. List your products
Add your products with clear photos, options, stock, and VAT-inclusive prices in NPR.
4. Receive orders
Confirm incoming orders and answer shopper questions from your seller dashboard.
5. Pack & ship
Dispatch confirmed orders on time and keep shoppers updated. Disputed deliveries are handled through the platform's standard returns process.
6. Get paid
Receive settlement via bank transfer, eSewa, or Khalti according to your regular payment schedule.
